DPhil student & Clinical Research Fellow
I am currently a DPhil student in the Modernising Medical Microbiology group, and an Ellison Scholar with the Ellison Institute of Technology Oxford. My project focuses on improving prediction of antimicrobial resistance from whole-genome sequencing data in Gram-negative organisms.
I read Natural Sciences and Public Health at the University of Cambridge, followed by graduate-entry medicine at the University of Oxford. I am currently a specialty registrar in infectious diseases and general medicine at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
I am also a Lecturer in Medicine at St Peter's College where I am responsible for clinical medicine teaching.
