How can consideration of long-term effects of AMR influence decision-making at an individual and policy-level?
In this workstream our objectives are to:
- Obtain improved estimates of individual trade-offs between risks and benefits from antibiotics, and of AMR interventions, including potential translation from the fields of climate change and vaccination, to better inform clinical practice and policy
- Provide high-quality post-doctoral capacity in disciplines with skills shortages, particularly health pyschology and health economics
- Promote the leadership of early-to-mid career researchers taking responsibility for individual workstreams within the overarching programme of work, providing a sustained opportunity for the individual development and extension of professional skills necessary to bring them forwarwd to be academic leaders of the future
