Alice Brankin

DPhil Student

I am a DPhil student working at the University of Oxford with the Experimental Medicine Group in NDM. I joined this group in October 2018 after winning an NDM Prize Studentship to fund my work and am supervised by Dr. Philip Fowler and Prof. Sarah Walker. My current research focuses on using alchemical free energy methods to predict the outcome of genetic mutations on antibiotic susceptibility in Mycobcaterium tuberculosis.
