John DillonJohn Dillon

John Dillon is a Clinical Reader in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Medical Research Institute, University of Dundee. He is also the clinical lead for Blood Born Viruses (BBVs) and honorary consultant with NHS Tayside. He leads clinical studies on diagnostic biomarker development in Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Diseases (NAFLD) and pathways of care in HCV. Current research interests focus on hepatic and oesophageal damage responses, with a particular reference to oxidative stress and HCV.
