How can consideration of long-term effects of AMR influence decision-making at an individual and policy-level?

In this workstream our objectives are to:

  1. Obtain improved estimates of individual trade-offs between risks and benefits from antibiotics, and of AMR interventions, including potential translation from the fields of climate change and vaccination, to better inform clinical practice and policy
  2. Provide high-quality post-doctoral capacity in disciplines with skills shortages, particularly health pyschology and health economics
  3. Promote the leadership of early-to-mid career researchers taking responsibility for individual workstreams within the overarching programme of work, providing a sustained opportunity for the individual development and extension of professional skills necessary to bring them forwarwd to be academic leaders of the future
